Some results! algunos resultados

I got a call from the doctor about some of Tarek tests. They found in the abdominal X-rays a large amount of stool around his abdomnal area. They prescribed Twice a day for 4 days 17 grams of MIRALAX (Polyethylene Glycol 3350 NF) to help him. The first day nothing happened but by the second and third day was a mess, just imagine that after the first time my lovely toilet was clogged Lol! with each time that Tarek went number 2 his behaviors improved a little bit more.He is not the angel Tarek but his behaviors improved a lot and I hope than during the week he keep getting better.There is so many studies that show a link between constipation and agressive behaviors, if this was the key it will be not so hard to fix it.

They prescribed also Celexa a small doses to help with his anxiety and OCD routine and rituals, until now no great improvment ,but I was able to go  yesterday inside  fashion bug with him,normally it is impossible due his anxiety going inside the store. We will see.

And today the nurse called again, and tarek vitamin D test is back and show vitamin D deficiency again! always during the summer  vitamin D levels gets better due the sun exposure but he need around 5000 iu daily to help to to restore the levels to normal. There is a link between vitamin D and depression/anxiety, so both mom and Tarek will start taking vitamin D.

Overall tarek had a very good day, better mood, more happy, more talking, excellet appetite and want to do stuff, so life is good!

Recibe la llamada del doctor de Tarek. La radiografia abdominal mostro que habia mucha materia fecal en los intestinos,esto podria estar causando dolor y mal humor. Le prescribieron 2 veces al dia 17 gr de MIRALAX (polyethylene Glycol 3350 NF) para ayudar con el proceso. Nada paso ni el primero ni el segundo dia hasta la tarde cuando tarek fue al bano y tapo el toilet jijijiji, y asi estuvimos por los siguientes 2 dias. Con cada vez que el tarek fue al bano mejor se sentia despues. Y sus comportamientos y gritos bajaron muchisimo. hay muchos estudios que muestran la corelacion entre la agresividad y el estrenimiento, y si fuera ese el caso seria fantastico encontrar una respuesta a sus comportamientos negativos.

El doctor ademas prescribio una dosis pequena de celexa para ayudar con su anxiedad y sus rituales obsesivos compulsivos. No estoy segura si ha echo efecto aun, especialmente con esta dosis tan pequena, pero le seguiremos los rastros.

Hace poco llamaron del doctor para informar de uno de los test , el de la vitamina D y para variar salio deficiente de nuevo! Siempre en los veranos sus niveles suben debido al sol que tomamos, pero aun asi no es suficiente, asi que tendra que tomar diariamente 5000 unidades.

Hoy ha sido un dia muy bueno, tarek anda feliz,hablando mas y con un apetito por los cielos, la vida es dulce hoy !
