Same smile...Same boy. I waited for so long to see this smile again in a picture. Tarek 
stop smiling 2 1/2 years ago when he started changing, when the autism part was stronger that my little boy or another illness that we can't find started to develop. For so long I tried to take a picture where he smile but was always a fight, he was always crying or screaming in the class picture. Where the smile went? Where my boy went ? And after all this wait tarek is starting to be Tarek again, "The smile is back"
