gluten and food intolerence enigmas!

Last month was a tough month for tarek,because we do not know yet WHY his body react to some food the way it does, we are guessing in the journey of food. Some days tarek will do Amazing! but others he will turn violent, lost in a World without Words,pushing his body over furniture (probably for pain), throwing objects and yelling!.... His appointment with the Gastroeneterologist is July 21,to be able to screen again for Celiac he had to quit his GFCF diet...BIG MISTAKE...tarek was so constipated that he coudn't do number 2 for 5 days; after all the yelling and crying we went back to the GFCF diet and TAREK IS BACK! I can't wait to do the Food allergies test, vitamins deficiencies test and repeat the Celiac test; so finally I can have more answers.

So many kids that are allergic or can't process some food and get constipated, they get Autointoxication, this happend when the body block the ability to get rid of the toxins and some of these toxins can get REABSORVED back into the blood stream,toxins from Yeast and Bacteria can cause brain chemestry imbalances and the bad behavior show up again.

For now we went back to the GFCF and tarek speech is getting better again ,also his tantrums too. We ordered TRIENZA digestive enzymes from Houston neutraceuticals to help him to digest the food better.
