DIE OFF AND POOP! MUERTE DEL HONGO Y BACTERIA Y POPO!

I NEVER IMAGINE THAT ONE DAY I WILL BE SITTING HERE WRITTING MY BLOG AND TALKING ABOUT POOP LOL! BUT TODAY IS THE DAY. Tarek is in the day number 5 trying CULTURELLE a probiotic restores levels of ‘good’ bacteria, supports optimal intestinal function, strengthens immune health.Like I write before there is so many studies that show that kids in the spectrum have elevated rates of yeast and bacteria (bad) in the intestines ,mostly because of the tonssss of antiboitics recieved in their lifes and for this reason is priority for Tarek health to rehabilitate his gut in order to have a better life and move toward the many pieces of the autism.

We started with 1/2 a capsule a day, I mix 6 TBSP of orange 100% juice or grape juice with 1/2 a capsule , the first 2 days tarek was bloated and gasy and smell really bad lol! and he is in the day 5 taking one capsule a day. yesterday he started his Die off ,not pleasent at all but necesary.Some of his symptoms are, fatigue, brain fog,today more active, more stimmig and shewing objects,farting a lot and of course his poop change, his poop was yesterday yellow and today kind of greenish, and FLOAT in the toilet,flufy and really smelly...poor Tarek but soon he will feel much better. I'm helping him with activated charcol to aliviate the symptoms. But he his happier,more verbal, he was telling to the people in the supermarket "HOLA",today he told me Teletubies+4(episode)+please...wauuuuuuuuu. he is still taking his multivitamins just 1/8 tsp for now and the progress is slowly but steady. Hola nunca me imagine que llegaria el dia que estaria hablando de POPO jijiji, pero siempre hay un dia. Tarek es en el dia numero 5 tratando el probiotico Culturelle que restora los niveles de bacteria buena y ayuda al sistemainmunologico a estabilizarse. como lo dije anteriormente hay muchos estudios que demuestran que los ninos en el espectrum autisto sufren de Dysbiosis con altos niveles de hongos y bacteria mala en los intestinos debido principalmente al abuso de anos de antibioticos que erradicaron la flora bacteriana del estomago.Por esta razon emepzar esta terapia era prioridad en la vida de tarek para seguir compleatando este puzle del autismo.empezamos con 1/2 capsula al dia por los primeros 4 dias porque duele el estomago si se empieza con una, mezclamos el polvo con unas 6 cucharadas de jugo natural y se le da antes del desayuno , es bueno comer despues del probiotico para evitar cualquier malestar. El tarek esta en el dia 5 cuando empiezan a aparecer los sintomas del die off que es cuando empieza morir y evacuar el hongo y la bacteria de los intestinos. y los sintomas son los siguientes:los dos primeros dias, mucha flatulencia, y ayer su caca cambio de color a amarillo, espumosa, muy edionda y que flota! hot lo mismo pero mas Fragante jajja y mas verde. Muy incomodo se siente pero se le puede ayudar con capsulas de pastillas de carbon disueltas en jugo que ayudaran a absorver las toxinas y depositarlas en las heces. pero hoy esta hablando mas aunque ha estado cansado, me dijo hoy teletubies+capitulo4+porfavor...yupi! asi que estamos teniendo resultados. en unos dias terminara de botar la yeat y clostridia y mantendremos el regimen a media pastilla diaria.

Espero pronto tener mas buenas noticias y seguir escribiendo de lo maravilloso que es tarek. y por supuesto que ya le dimos la pelea al spectrum
