Up up up screaming/ gritando y gritando

The past 2 weeks were very difficult .He was doing very good with the last 3 supplements and something happened , that the sad part is I'm not sure What! not sure if something hurt( even dough I continue taking him to doctors to check),the doses of celexa that when Up,the visits with his Dad and there is something going on there,my  high anxietythat he sense because I can't find a babysitter, not sure what but from been more calm and cooperative we went to Screaming all the time, been mad, making a sound like growling when he get exited, tantrums, been defiant and more.I felt so overwhelm that I couldn't even write about it.So  I requested an appointment for a mental evaluation again, it will be done July 30, I hope have new answers soon.
Las ultimas 2 semanas han sido muy dificiles. tarek estaba muy bien con sus 3 suplementos y algo paso, la parte mas triste es que no se QUE! No estoy segura si le duele algo (aunque lo he llevado al doctor ), o sus comportamientos se deben a que le subieron su dosis de Celexa, o porque a visitado a su papa y no esta acostumbrado, o por mi nivel de anxiedad porque no puedo encontrar babysitter y asi trabajar, pero de estar muy bien , feliz y cooperativo, pasamos a los gritos por todo,a pelear y empujar, a hacer un grito raro casi involuntario todo el rato,pataletas y estar cada dia mas desafiante. Me siento tan desesperada que ni he escrito o echo mucho con mi vida asi que como soy una mujer de acciones pedi una nueva cita para una evaluacion sicologica que la haran el proximo miercoles. Espero que hayan respuestas muy pronta.
